- From Boston go over the BU Bridge and take a right.
- Take the first right (DO NOT GO UNDER THE OVERPASS) and then up a slight ramp to Memorial Drive.
- Take a left on Amesbury.
- Hotel is on corner to Amesbury and Memorial Drive.
- This route will be open for hotel guests and staff.

The shuttle vehicles are white buses, clearly marked MIT with digital displays that read Tech Shuttle. The Kendall Square stop is adjacent to the MIT Press Bookstore; the W92 stop is at the front door of W92. Attendees can also get on the shuttle at Kendal Square.
